ok, let me put it this way.

let's say i'm selling china products, non branded stuffs, but the suppliers also have "Nike" and "Adidas" branded stuffs, which is off course fake/imitation. so, can i still sell it legally, let's say if i state "this is imitation/replica item"? there are quite numbers of answers on the net that saying yes and no..but i cant figure out which is right.

please help me, i am really new in this arena
